The installation and use of this SOFTWARE product indicates your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This license shall supersede any verbal, or prior verbal or written, statement or agreement to the contrary. If you do not understand or accept these terms, or your local regulations prohibit "after sale" license agreements or limited disclaimers, you must cease and desist using this product immediately.
COPYRIGHT and Warranty Policy
This SOFTWARE is owned by BCM and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not reproduce or distribute the SOFTWARE or any written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE without written agreement from BCM.
This SOFTWARE is provided on an "as-is" basis, and BCM makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to its quality performance or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will BCM be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this SOFTWARE.
The multi-media files used for testing are not part of this SOFTWARE and belong to their respective owners. They can be substituted at user's discretion.
All the brands or products referred to in this documentation are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
Operating License And Term
You have the non-exclusive right to use this SOFTWARE product on a single computer at a time. If the product permits, you may physically transfer the product from one computer to another, provided that the product is used only by a single person, or on a single computer at a time.
You may not use, copy, modify, translate, or transfer the product or any copy except as expressly defined in this agreement. You may not remove or modify any copyright notice, nor any "about" dialog or the method by which it may be invoked.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the complete product and all copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the software and of the documentation, or return them to BCM for disposal.
